Case Study: Financial Services Company
This client engaged iRise services to help validate requirements for a critical Basel II initiative. iRise services performed a gap analysis on the requirements and helped the client identify hundreds of unnecessary Web application pages, saving the bank millions in development costs and accelerating the project schedule to meet the compliance deadline.

"After initial research, the proposed application was 600 pages worth of work. Using iRise products and services, the team uncovered tremendous overlap. Before writing a line of code, we whittled it down to 180. Imagine that – 420 pages of Web functionality that never had to be built!"
