Case Study: Automotive Company
Over the years, the client developed disparate systems that its dealers found difficult to access and use and the client found challenging to enhance and support. The client engaged iRise services to help define and implement a Web portal that would address these issues. In less than one year, iRise services not only implemented the Web portal, but also enhanced several of the underlying applications and added a delegated admin system to reduce support for the new portal.
