PayPal Executive Dana Stalder Joins iRise Board of Directors

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. – Feb. 4, 2008 - iRise®, the world’s leading visualization software company, today announced that Dana Stalder, senior vice president and general manager of merchant services and marketing for PayPal, Inc., has joined the iRise Board of Directors. Stalder was elected at the iRise board meeting in January.

"Dana was at the forefront of several successful business initiatives at game-changing technology companies including PayPal and Netscape," said Emmet B. Keeffe III, chief executive officer and co-founder of iRise. "As a member of the board, his expertise in finance, operations and the software-as-a-service (SaaS) delivery model will be invaluable as iRise diversifies its product mix, distribution channels and expands into new markets."

Prior to joining PayPal, Stalder served as vice president of corporate development and vice president of finance for eBay's North American operations. In this role, he oversaw business development and Internet marketing. Prior to eBay, Stalder was chief financial officer of Respond.com, a lead generation platform for small and medium businesses. Stalder spent five years at Netscape Communications Corporation, where he was vice president of finance and operations. He also worked for five years at Ernst & Young LLP in the Silicon Valley practice. Stalder serves on the Board of Directors of QuinStreet, Inc. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Santa Clara University. .
