iRise Selects Intraware Solution for Electronic Software Delivery and Management
ORINDA, Calif.-January 13, 2004 - Intraware, Inc. (Nasdaq: ITRA), the leading provider of electronic software delivery and management (ESDM) solutions for enterprise software publishers and other Fortune 1000 companies, today announced that iRise, a leading enterprise software and services company dedicated to bridging the communication gap between business and IT, has selected the Intraware SubscribeNet® service to provide fast, secure and personalized online delivery of their software and licenses to its customers.
Based on this agreement, the Intraware SubscribeNet service will provide iRise customers with a variety of online tools to help them maximize the value of their software assets, including 24/7/365 Web access to a personalized and secure archive of all entitled iRise software, proactive email notification of updates, and the ability to monitor and track updates and downloads across their organization.
iRise will also benefit from access to the SubscribeNet service's flexible, real-time administration functionality, automated export compliance, granular subscription-management and extensive reporting features that enable software publishers to employ a single automated solution to easily integrate their delivery processes seamlessly into their customer support, product management and other business systems.
