Technologies come and go rapidly, but we know you probably want to know a little bit about our environment. Among many other open source libraries we have recently used include mostly Java 6, Spring 3, Tomcat, Jackrabbit, ActiveMQ, jQuery, HTML5, advanced CSS, more recently Objective-C for mobile.  We work in a continuous integration environment (Gerrit, Git, bamboo, maven etc).  We don’t want to box in the right people to be Java Developers or Mobile Developers (iPad Developer, Android Developer etc) as we have plenty of opportunities and support career growth to different areas.

We are not wedded to a particular process either, but are continuously evaluating what we are doing against what we are using and adapt to make things better.  Technology moves fast and in unpredictable ways, so we keep our eyes on the the most advanced tools and innovations.  Since change comes fast, we value the engineer that can pivot.
