We are looking for sharp, fun, team playing Developers at the Architect level that enjoy being hands-on, solving challenging problems using the latest technologies. If you stay up at night, thinking about how to do something that seems unattainable or have the urge to re-factor and improve the code base and write your tests before your code, then we should talk!   We are looking for people that take pride in the craft of developing software; one who keeps their skills sharp and goes above and beyond doing a regular job. We need Developer / Architects that are hands on and can mentor and sharpen agile teams of developers, both on and nearshore.

 

Technologies come and go rapidly, but we know you probably want to know a little bit about our environment. Among many other open source libraries we have recently used include Java 6, Spring 3, Tomcat, Jackrabbit, ActiveMQ, jQuery, HTML5, advanced CSS, and more recently Objective-C for mobile. We work in a continuous integration environment (Gerrit, Git, bamboo, maven etc). We don’t want to box in the right people to be Java Developers or Mobile Developers (iPad Developer, Android Developer etc) as we have plenty of opportunities and support career growth to different areas.

 

We are not wedded to a particular process either, but are continuously evaluating what we are doing against what we are using and adapt to make things better. Technology moves quickly and unpredictably, so we keep our eyes on the most advanced tools and innovations. Since change comes quickly, we value the engineer that can pivot.
