Mr. Ambrose brings a wealth of software industry and entrepreneurial experience to iRise.
Paul Ambrose is the former CEO, CTO and Founder of WebLogic and former Vice President of
BEA Systems, which acquired WebLogic in 1998. His prior experience includes over 12 years
of consulting and management in software engineering with companies such as Apple Computer,
DHL Worldwide Express, PetroVision, Scopus Technology, and Quintus Corporation.

Mr. Haney mentors iRise with over 30 years of business experience. Glen has extensive experience
in managing fast growth emerging companies, moving them from private ownership through IPOs. Glen
was formerly President and CEO of Dataquest, a worldwide technology market research firm, and
currently acts as a strategic consultant to other leading edge technology companies. Glen currently
serves on the board of directors of Xerox Corporation. Glen also served as President and CEO of
Sterling Networks and MicroPro International, and as a Senior Vice President at Sperry Univac,
now Unisys. He has a BSC from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Kalkhoven is a former President, CEO and Chairman of Uniphase Corporation. Under Kalkhoven's leadership, the company's annual sales rate increased 67-fold – peaking at $394M reported for Q1 2000 – and market cap grew from $35M to $100B, while he transformed Uniphase from a privately held industrial laser manufacturer into a leading global supplier of components and modules for today's advanced fiber optics telecommunications networks and a member of the NASDAQ 100. Kalkhoven oversaw Uniphase's merger with JDS FITEL and, in May 2000, was noted by Worth magazine as one of America's Top 50 CEOs. Upon his retirement from JDS Uniphase, Kalkhoven co-founded Kalkhoven, Pettit, Levin & Johnson Ventures LLC. A noted philanthropist, Kalkhoven has donated substantially to the Canary Foundation, dedicated to early cancer detection; is a trustee of the Lizard Island Marine Research Station on Australia's Barrier Reef and is a supporter of the Ansari X Prize, a competition to build privately funded, manned passenger spacecraft. Kalkhoven started PKV Racing in 2003 and became co-owner of the Champ Car World Series in 2004.

Sy Kaufman is Founder and Managing Director of Crosslink Capital, Inc., a leading venture
capital firm that merges public and private investing. During the course of a financial
services career that spans 25 years, he has invested in more than 400 venture-backed companies.
Sy led Robertson Stephens' investment banking group, and co-directed its research department
until he founded the Omega Ventures arm of Robertson Stephens, now Crosslink Capital, in 1989.
He started his career as an electronics engineer and later served as a partner and senior
technology analyst with Hambrecht & Quist. Sy earned a BS in electrical engineering from
the City College of New York. He also holds an MS in electrical engineering from
San Jose State University and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

| Merritt M. Lutz |

As Chairman of MSIT Holdings, Inc., he is responsible for the oversight of Morgan Stanley's
strategic technology investments and MSIT joint ventures. He joined Morgan Stanley & Co.
in 1994 as a Managing Director in charge of the Application Programming Group with responsibility
for the development and maintenance of all the firm's strategic worldwide software-based
technology initiatives. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Lutz was President of Candle
Corporation, Managing Partner of PDi (a software industry partnering and consulting company)
and Group Vice President of Informatics General Corporation in charge of their software products
business. Mr. Lutz is a Director of two publicly traded companies: SPSS Inc. and Interlink
Electronics; and a Director for three private companies: Business Engine Software Corporation,
ThruPoint Inc. and SendMail Inc. He is a former Director of the Information Technology
Association of America and the NASD Industry Advisory Committee.

Ken Polk has unique, dual insights into IT organizations and IT services organizations. He has held
executive positions for both, and therefore counsels iRise from operational and customer sales
perspective simultaneously. For us, that's a powerful blend. Ken is a Director of Deloitte
Consulting, one of the world's leading full-service eBusiness consulting firms. Previously,
he was a business and technology leader in the financial sector. He served as CEO of ITT
Residential Capital Servicing Corporation, as well as Executive Vice President and COO of
ITT's Federal Bank subsidiary. Prior to ITT, Ken led Bank of America's loan administration
department which encompassed a nearly $50 million portfolio and a team of 650 people.
His technical management experience includes a tenure as Chief Information Officer and
Vice President for Loan Administration at Weyerhaeuser Mortgage Company. Ken received a
bachelor's degree in economics from Stanford University and a masters from Harvard
Business School.

| Arnold Silverman |
Principal, Discovery Ventures; former board member of Oracle, Business Objects, Informatica |
Mr. Silverman has served on the boards of numerous software companies, including Oracle,
Business Objects, Informatica, Times Ten, iOwn and Nishan Systems. He is a principal of
Discovery Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on investment in software companies
that have demonstrated market leadership potential in emerging technologies. In the past
he has served as Chairman of the American Electronics Association (AEA). Silverman holds
BS and MS degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Columbia University.

| Ralph Szygenda |
Former CIO of GM, Bell Atlantic and Texas Instruments |
Mr. Szygenda brings forty years of information technology business experience
on both the sell and buy side. Before retirement from General Motors, as CIO, he
was accountable for the management of all information technology efforts
responsible for developing and implementing GM's global digital business strategy.
Prior to GM he was CIO of Bell Atlantic in the telecommunications industry involved
in re engineering traditional telephone business processes into future information
services businesses. At Texas Instruments, he was CIO as well as general manager of
the Enterprise Systems Business Unit, a software systems integration business
supplying products and services to the Fortune 500. Ralph has received numerous
awards such as Information Week Magazine "CIO of the Year", Industry Week
Magazine "Technology Leader of the Year", CRN magazine "Computer Industry
Hall of Fame", Chief Information Officer Hall of Fame and Outsourcing Hall of Fame.
Mr. Szygenda currently serves on the board of directors of Compuware Corporation
and the Dean's Advisory Council of Carnegie Mellon University H. J. Heinz III
College of Public Policy and Management.
