Champ Car World Series
The Champ Car World Series is one of the premier open wheel racing series in the world. Internationally known drivers battle each other at circuits that span the globe for the coveted Vanderbilt Cup – signifying an achievement that only a special few champions have attained since 1979; names like Mario Andretti, Rick Mears, Al Unser, Bobby Rahal, Nigel Mansell and Paul Tracy are all engraved on the Cup.
Champ Car events are a three day festival of speed, often on street circuits, that offer an urban entertainment experience for hundreds of thousands on each race weekend. World-class racing is combined with exhibitions, simulations, celebrities, music and hands-on entertainment midways that draw a broad range of fans.
