Mary Zyrkowski of KeyBank led a case study discussion of how her Cleveland-based bank used iRise to adopt Agile software development, the process of multiple development iterations throughout the life cycle of the project. The goal was to improve communications and build better relationships between their entire line of business clients. It was a must do decision. As the company was growing, they were losing trust with their clients.
While iRise increased the opportunities to collaborate with clients, said Zyrkowski, it greatly improved collaboration among developers. Especially between developers from Cleveland to India. The picture that iRise provided would cut through cultural differences.
