iRise and AppFusions have collaborated on integrations of the iRise visualization platform and two leading products from Atlassian, one of the world’s most popular providers of collaborative platforms for software developers. Two new products from AppFusions bring the following functionality to Confluence and JIRA.

iRise Simulations for Confluence—Users can embed iRise visualizations directly within Confluence pages, enabling others to see and interact with live, working simulations without leaving the page. For example, if a use case is documented in a Confluence page, the user can embed the simulation of that use case in the same page. This gives the user the textual description in the context of the immersive simulation experience.

iRise Simulations for JIRA—Users can easily post working iRise visualizations as an operation within the JIRA issue interface. A link lets users jump from written requirements directly to the iRise definition center; there they can create and share their working iRise simulation for others to see and try out, with a single click of a mouse.

JIRA is a project tracking application used for project management, issue tracking,code integration and reporting/analysis; Confluence is a content collaboration solution enabling users to publish, organize, search, share and maintain documents and other forms of knowledge related to software development.
